请求帮助:我的三星YEEP-55需要格式化,按照说明书的方法进行,运行到一半,就停止了.要怎么才能继续格式化呢?

停止后屏幕出现please try to option the media recovery and make a low lever of the recover mode.可是程序中的media recovery无法激活
我应该怎么做才可以格式化啊? T^T....

用windows格式化一定要选择fat16不要用fat32。
找一台98的机器安装原机带的驱动盘用那个里面自带的格式化程序来格式化，
要是还不可以的话，建议拿到售后去吧。自己解决就很麻烦了
