3)里面是his不是hos...不好意思
1 up是副词，over是介词，从语义上来讲，up的意思是向上，over的意思是“在...之上”。显然Over更合适。

4.不知道，handback百度词霸都查不到，远远超出了高中英语范畴。
补充上一楼.over除了意思是“在...之上”，还有“包含”之意，而 jacket
穿在shirt外，包含了shirt。“包含”与否才是区别
spent 和to be spent 不是一样。一个是过去式，另一个是一般现在时的过去分词
