直接问have you received就知道是什么,不必再加it,英语中重复越少越好.

如果前面是过去时，反意疑问句也要用过去时，同理前后都要用完成时。

email是不需要接收的，所以询问多用see。只有回答时，才可使用receive,表示没有问题已收到.肯定回答最好是用read,否定回答用receive。
