个人觉得两者都是正确的，只是后者更正式些
通常我们想表达不可数名词的复数概念时，多加 piece of ，比如 a piece of bread 一块面包
但有些不可数名词前面有形容词时也可直接加冠词
比如 a lovely weather
所以我认为此处两种形式都是正确的。
但在考试中，还是选正统些的答案吧。
