临近原则是什么意思？

也就是就近原则！（我们英语老师这么教的）
eg:There is a cup and some apples.
看这里的BE动词是is，因为is离a cup 比较近，所以用单数is，要是句中的some apples 和a cup的位置调换（There are some apples and a cup .)的话，那么be动词就应该跟随some apples用are了（因为调换后BE动词离some apples比较近）

主谓一致分为两大类：就近一致原则和意义一致原则。

意义一致原则指的是，必须分析主语属于单数或是复数，可数或是不可数，然后才能决定谓语动词的人称和数的形式。
