all...not and not...all

是的 这也是最容易犯错误的地方

Not all the companies can succeed，译为：不是所有的公司都能成功。表示部分否定。
All the companies cannot succeed，译为：所有的公司都不能成功。表示全部否定。

all和not搭配，不管哪个在前，都表示部分否定，要全部否定的话应该用none这些词。
同样的词还有：every，如：Every student doesn't like him. 不是每个学生都喜欢他。(全部否定仍用none, None of the students like him.)
both，如：Both of them are not teachers 他们俩并不都是教师。(全部否定用neither, Neither of them is a teacher.)
and, 如：I don't like fish and meat. 鱼和肉我并不都喜欢。(全部否定用or, I don't like fish or meat.)
所以你的初中英语教师可能会教过你们，否定句不用and而应该用or，其实不是不用and，而是and不表示全部否定。
