产妇康颗粒的药理学研究
摘要：目的 了解中药产妇康颗粒对失血性血虚小鼠外周血象免疫器官和大鼠出凝血时间凝血四项水平的影响。方法 昆明小鼠和Wistar大鼠造模后，用产妇康颗粒分别灌胃给药7天和10天，测定对小鼠外周血象、脾脏、胸腺和大鼠出凝血时间、凝血四项水平的影响。结果 产妇康颗粒可显著提高失血性血虚小鼠外周血象红细胞及血红蛋白水平，增加免疫器官脾脏、胸腺的重量，差异均具有显著的统计学意义（P<0.05）；可显著缩短血虚大鼠出、凝血时间，提高凝血四项水平，差异均具有显著的统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 妇康颗粒可显著改善造模动物的血虚情况，提高机体的免疫和防御能力。
