请问有人知道Shell的RMS吗？

请问哪位告诉我Shell的RMS是什么软件，做什么用的？指的就是Microsoft的Right Management System吗？

I am working for Shell. Not sure whether you can understand English. In Shell RMS means Risk Management System, which is used by our financial personnel.
