UC知道Linux下安装VMWare的问题

系统FC5 内核版本2.6
VMware的rpm包已经成功安装，终端下运行VMware-config.pl进行配置，刚开始一切顺利，一直按回车就可，到这里：
Trying to find a suitable vmmon module for your running kernel.
None of the pre-built vmmon modules for VMware Workstation is suitable for you running kernel.Do you want this program to try to build the vmmon module for your system(you want to have a C comlier installed on your system )?
只能选择yes,否则会退出,
然后
what is the location of the directory of C header files that match your running kernel?[/usr/src/linux/include] 按回车就一直这样问
怎么解决呢?

再出来帮帮忙啊！ 我在FC5中执行Add/Remove Software打开软件包管理者，提示Unable to retrieve information错误，这是怎么回事呀，我插进光盘去在执行也是这样子呀
还有vmware提示的时C header files没有安装呀，我已经装了GCC编译器了呀
急急～～

你的Linux没有安装C编译器，安装C编译器后VMware后自动找到它的。
在类似Windows的那个添加/删除位置把开发工具包选中就可以了，它会提示你放入哪张盘。
使用root登录。
