看到个题， 知道是上面这个说法，但是第二个句子在语法上也是成立的吧？
意思是不是
你同意濒临灭绝的动物 “是” 被关在笼子里的么？

请达人区别两个句子的差别！

Do you agree （that）the endangered animals (should be) kept in cages?
有should be所以第二句are就多余了

第二局的are多余了 前面已经有助动词 do 了
