Two frogs lived together in a marsh ().But one hot summer the marsh dried-up(),and they left it to lookfor anther place to live in ,for frogs like damp places if they can get them.By and by()they come to a deep well,and one of them looked down into it ,and said to the other,"this looks a nice cool place.Let us jump in and settle here."
But the other,who have a wiser head on it shoulders,replied,"Not so fast,my friend.Supposing this welldried up like the marsh ,how shouldwe get out again?"
Think twice before you act.
青蛙和井

有两只青蛙同住在一片沼泽地里．可是有一年夏天炎热，沼泽地干枯了，青蛙便离开这里，另找一处栖身，因为要是找到的话，它们还是喜欢潮湿的地方．过了不久，它们来到一口深井旁，一只青蛙朝井里俯视一番，然后对另一只青蛙说道”看上去这是一个清凉的好去处．我们跳下去就在这里安身吧．”可是另一只青蛙肩膀上长了个比较聪明的脑袋，它回答说，”朋友，不要这么快往下跳．假如这口井也像沼泽地一样干枯了，我们怎么再出的来呢？”
三思而后行．
