有谁知道在英国拿到一个硕士学位以后（学校排名前30），想要再到美国拿一个硕士学位，需要有什么要求，一定要考托福或者GRE 吗？如果在英国拿到一个硕士学位，想要技术移民到加拿大（没有工作经验），技术移民分数够吗？要怎样做，花多少钱？

GRE IS MUST
Few school may not ask TOEFL if you get undergraduate or above degree from English - speaking country
But it very few.
I would say, TOEFL AND GRE is very important

BTW, top 30 in England are not as good as you may think. No one would care.

没有工作经验不会给你移民的 就算分数能够 也不一定就能给你签
相反哪怕college毕业 有不错的工作经验 也会移民成功的
