UC知道我的电脑有时总是重启？？

有时就会不断的重启...快进去XP时就突然重启..
重启...重启..
但是报把电源关了.一会再开机就看见一段这样的东西

有关文件丢失，使系统自动进入第二方案引发重启，有时启动几次才能够进去，最好的办法是重装一下系统。
强行关电源或者意外断电后再开机就会出现这样的提示，这段提示本身没什么问题，只是告诉你意外断电后磁盘例行自检。但你的机器有时总是重启的原因不得而知。
