UC知道DELL笔记本蓝屏和自动重启的问题

我是1月底买的DELL6400笔记本 在家用的很好 但是自从前两天我安装了魔兽世界后 就开始蓝屏 出现一大堆的英文英文:A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent to your computer.
A wait operation,attach process,or yield was attempted from a DPC roution.
If this is the first time you are seen this stop error screen restart your computer.If this screen appear again,follow these steps:
check to make sure any new hardware or software is properly installed.之类的 后面还有好多,我给DELL的售后打电话他们说是我系统的问题 等我重装完系统后还是有类似的情况 我重装系统前把所有的盘都格了 但是已经看不清蓝屏上的内容了 接着就自动重启 有时候不出现蓝屏就死机了
我也不知道是什么问题 还有我新买时用优化大师评分是107现在才60分
是不是硬件的问题啊 还有就是用迅雷就死机 有时候正在打开网爷就死机了 希望高手们能给个好的答复 谢谢了

赶紧找DELL的售后服务。
把本本拿到销售商那儿，让他们自己检查。
既然你重装后问题依旧，肯定是硬件问题。
他们说是系统的问题，那你就请他装一下
系统。
