Error 404--Not Found

我的电脑在磁盘碎片整理后，无法使用网银了。今天去银行重新申请后，按照它的步骤，进行下去时，页面显示：
Error 404--Not Found

10.4.5 404 Not Found

我找了百度里面一个解决的办法。但这解决的办法的操作步骤显示的内容，与我实际的电脑显示也不符。
