1,c水能变成水蒸气，这是一个常识问题，没必要用过去时。其他的说水必须变成蒸汽说不通
2，a 句中的at least是至少的意思，说了这个词就说明“我”不知道她到底具体多少岁，所以整个句子用一个猜测的语气，must be 在这句中就是表猜测
3， B have sth done 表示把什么东西怎么样，车要修肯定是人修，车只是被修
4，B，她不能把垃圾丢这，她不允许这么做，允许是她被允许，所以要用被动
