这种情况有几种可能
1、文件可能没有下载完全，此时的被下载文件后缀并不是*.exe，而可能是*.td等一些后缀，此时的文件是不能运行安装的，所以打不开。
2、可能由于网络的原因，下载的过程中又丢包的现象，导致文件下载得不完全。
3、网上提供的文件本身已经被损坏，你可以再换一个规模大一点的网站，文件的完好率和速度都会好一些。
