cisco 无线路由器问题

公司新装了几个cisco 1240G的无线路由，测试时可以收到信号，无线网络显示是连接上的，但是ping服务器不通，用LEAP测试时不成功，弹出对话框“unable to authenticate wireless user make sure you have entered the correct user name and passord and try again”,是不是配置的问题啊？
已经配置过了，原来配置的和这个型号不同，但基本上都差不多，那这种情况要配哪一级菜单啊

看看Cisco的无线路由器是否有用户认证机制，如AAA。

如果你在路由器建网络名字的时候用的以前的名字 最好换一下
因为有的PC在连接时候老路由的名字依然会存在 可能存在误会。
