Organizations continue to recognize the importance
of, and rely upon, teams for conducting
work. Accordingly, researchers persist in examining
different aspects of team selection and composition,
team environment and its effect on important
organizational variables, and team training.
A group of researchers (Morgeson, Reider, &

selection techniques (structured interviews,
personality tests, and situational judgment tests)
used to select individuals would also work for
