本文研究了QR Code的整个识读过程包括二值化定位几何失真校正模块识别及译码。该综合算法性能优越，识别率高。其中提出了集全局阈值图像和局部阈值分级自适应得二值化算法，由于兼顾图像在不同光照情况下的各种可能和实时性要求，可以很好实现图像的二值分割，模型简单，阈值选取容易，处理速度快，空间占用少。同时对于变形及失真较大的符号，利用条码的位置探测图形及码图为正方形的特点，采用了控制点变换的方法，更好地处理了符号变形的校正。为了让用户使用的更方便，在技术上采用了多线程的方法，一个线程控制用户界面及不停地通过摄像头获取条码图像，并将图像信息保存在一个数组中；另一个线程从数组中获取图像信息进行译码操作，当当前的图像不能正确地译码时，退出当前操作，重新从数组中取图像信息进行译码操作，直到成功为止。
