摘要：本文介绍了一种机外安装金属嵌件注射的结构，主要特点是把传统的固定型芯的台肩固定定位方式变为无台肩的活动型芯径向局部定位方式：定模和动模都有嵌件安装时，转换为全部在动模一侧安装，在简化模具结构的同时，也提高了安模速度，减少了待机时间和成型周期，为手工安装小型嵌件的注射模提供了一种灵活的设计思路。
