麻烦高手分析下这个句子??

新概念3中19课中Considering the amount she paid,he was dear in more ways than one.现在分词作状语,逻辑主语是she.但主句主语是he.不是要逻辑主语跟主句主语一致么???如何解释??

不管he的身份是什么，都可以做逻辑主语啊，因为这是拟人的用法了。假如he不能执行considering这个动作的话，he怎么会was dear in more ways than one。
