你打错了
正确格式应该是 NBTSTAT -A 59.50.32.38；注意A和IP之间有个空格
你输入的参数格式不正确，命令不能识别，系统当然默认给出参数列表和错误提示了！！！
你看看，给出的参数说明中间也是有空格的
