我跟你说个最直接的解决方法 打电话叫他们上门来维修
我遇到这个情况很多次了 有可能是硬件不兼容 还有病毒让你的系统文件被破坏 启动的时候就自动保护蓝屏重起 建议你重装下系统
因为才买的电脑的系统都是那些经销商GO的系统 垃圾东西太多了
再重装一次，
如果还出现就是硬件之间存在有兼容问题
我的电脑刚买的时候和你的有一样的问题，也是XP的系统，我每次都重起，要不没别的办法。
我感觉你的电脑好象是组装的吧？那可能是主板的兼容性不太好。如果是品牌机，你可以找厂家解决。
系统蓝屏只有一个方法解决：
重装系统
重装应该没什么问题了
内存问提把，你把内存拔了重插一次，如果不行的话，那就是主板的问题了，
