using 应该删掉

修改之后：
The insects are so small that they are difficult to be seen without a microscope.

原因：
without a microscope 已经有不用显微镜的意思了

去掉using.
如要用using, 前面应有观察者。

去掉using，因为昆虫并不能使用显微镜
