语言习惯问题，我是这样认为的．
比如说：hard to believe
没什么道理，这就是人话。语感上这里就该用to understand
因为to understand 做整个句子的状语。而不是lecture 的定语，如果做lecture 的定语的话，可以说lecture to be understood
