When you open the L/C every time,if the exchange rate is up-down between US. Dollar and RMB,The buyer will compensate this part which is as balance due to the rate of RMB is up to the seller through M/T,or the seller decreases the homologous cargos when you deliver them next time.

When you issue L/C every time, if the exchange rate of USD and RMB changes, the price difference caused by rise of RMB rate will be compensated by T/T of buyer or the seller deduct the correspondence goods in next delivery.
