没人像这样说!

在口语中,全是用12小时制,不过是在后面加上am/pm或者in the morning和in the evening等来区分!

知之为知之,不知为不知!千万别装!

和fifteen minutes to ninting ， 是错误的说法
twenty-two 就可以了

twenty-two o'clock
five minutes to eighting
fifteen minutes to ninting

比较正宗的说法是：上午10点说成：ten o'clock AM；晚上10点说成：ten o'clock PM

ten o'clock P.M.
five to eight P.M.
a quarter to seven P.M.
如果过了12点可以在后面加P.M.
A.M.=ante meridiem (=before noon) 【拉】午前
P.M.=post meridiem 下午
