在第二个<tr>后面也就是<center>的前面加标签结束符</table>。
HTML代码很多都是有开始就要有结束的。（有一些不需要)

用html代码编写网页应该就是按照你写的代码的先后顺序的啊
要不你试一下这个，在你希望精确定位的那部分内容的两端添加<div style="position:absoluteleft:0top:0">和</div>，其中top和left的值就是该内容距离浏览器显示区域的最左上角的距离。

你也可以不要，《form》是用来提交页面用的，属于动态了
应放在table里..才好设计.......
把<table>放在<form><tr></tr>标签前
