急～～面试成功，怎样用英语回答offer letter？

因为是老美的公司，所以需要用英语来回他们的邮件……
怎样回答比较好呢？格式应该是怎样的？
另外我这周还有点事情下周才能到岗，
能不能问工作的具体时间还有吃饭方面的问题？
