客户一直在催我们尽快将这些样品品空运给他，我们也已经确跟你们确认好了，是上星期六由你们派车过来把货拉到机场。但到了星期六， 我们打了好多电话到你们公司一直都是没接，请问这到哪是什么原因，何时派车过来提货。
