美国公立学校只有美国公民可以读么？

All universities in the US are open to all kinds of people, native or foreigners.

Americans still have to pay for the tuition in State universities.

Even community college is open to international students

公立大学靠的是本州的税收拨款,对本州人便宜,外国和外州人都贵不少.

I do not agree, you should learn English and use it as often as you can.

If you wish to go overseas to study, you should use English as much as you can.

Otherwise, why waste money to go school in foreign couuntry, if you cannot even communicate basic language. Better stay home and study in Chinese.
