东芝笔记本的相关问题

我的本本最近直老出现“蓝屏”的毛病 显示如下“A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer

然后就开始检查物理存储了，完事后我就只能切断电源来关机 。
我是开学才重装的系统 ，一个月出现的次数是以往最多的 有8次了 以往一个月也就2 次 真的很郁闷 现在还在保修期内 本子型号是东芝L100
真后悔买这个牌子了 都是同学介绍的 唉 售后真的很烂 得 面对现实吧
然后重新启动 系统要对自己的硬盘进行检查 开机后显示 系统从一个严重的错误中恢复 还可以发送错误报告 我是发了 回来的结论却是”目前尚未有解决的办法
