乙方是甲方出资招用、培训或者提供其他特殊待遇的劳动者。现根据《**劳动合同条例》及相关法律法规，经双方协商一致，特签订此服务期协议，以资双方共同遵守。

五、乙方违反服务期约定的，应当承担违约责任。违反服务期约定，每少服务一年，乙方需向甲方缴纳违约金 元。
六、本协议未尽事宜，按《**劳动合同条例》及相关法律法规执行。
七、本协议一式两份，双方各执一份。自双方签字或盖章之日起生效。
