worry about，是担心什么事或人。这里 worry 是动词。

例：
Don't tell Mum about this - she's got enough to worry about.
I worry about my daughter.

worried 是形容词，担心的，发愁的。

例：
You look worried. What's the matter?

be worried about 跟 worry about 意思一样拉，就是担心什么事或人。

例：
I'm really worried about my brother.
