离心式压缩机是石油化工工业的关键设备,它的运行状态直接影响着整个工业系统的正常运行,如因故障而停机会造成巨大的经济损失。因此对离心式压缩机出现的故障进行分析,采取正确有效的方法进行诊断、处理,是非常重要的工作。
本文利用故障树分析方法查找导致压缩机失效的所有可能性故障,并通过对故障机理和声发射原理的讨论,得出导致离心式压缩机失效的关键性声发射故障。
论文从声发射技术的基本理论入手,利用声发射参数分析方法,分析声发射信号在离心式压缩机中的传播特性,得出压缩机金属部件中表面传递与距离传递对声发射信号的影响。针对转子摩擦故障与轴承故障的声发射信号频谱特征进行了分析和提取,为进一步的实验研究与应用打下基础。

1.传递特性(特指声波的)communication feature 据我所知好像是(propagation propagation)
2..表面传递surface delivery 距离传递 distance delivery(这里的传递也不是propagation么?)
3.故障机理failure mechanism(这里的故障failure你确定么?不是fault么?)
4.声发射故障acoustic emission failure(问题同上failure?)
5.转子摩擦故障rotor friction failure(这样可以么,是不是friction fault of rotor)
