一个英语填词题的疑问

答案填的是every/each/any,但小弟填了the,请各位大侠帮小弟指点一下,这句话的意思和答案的来龙去脉.谢谢~~

虽然换工作不是我们总想做的事，当然也不是每次都是受高薪的剌激，可问题还存在。
从we want to be doing all the time看，它强调doing all the time ,为了跟前面一相对应，所以不能填the.
由于主语过长，本句把主语后置了。that changing......pay 是真正的主语，谓语is ,the point here,though,作宾语。

though意为“可是，不过还是”
