Good evening everyone,
First of all , thank you for giving me a chance to make a speech about the Olmpic Games .As we all know that , every four years athletes from all over the world take part in the Olmpic Games . The Olmpic motto is "Swifter , Higher , and Stronger."It means that every athlete should try to run faster , jump higher ,and throw further.
During the 2004 Athens Olmpic Games , the Chinese team got the second place with 32 gold medals. We are very proud of that. And hosting the Olmpic Games is another rich price for our country. The Olmpic Games in 2008 is awarded to the city of Beijing, with the motto"New Beijng, Great Olmpics".
I think hosting the 2008 Olmpic Games will have a positive effect on the Chinese economy. The reasons are as follows:
