摘要：本文采用文献资料法、问卷调查和访谈法，对深圳市不同层次的白领女性的健身消费结构、体育健身行为、体育健身态度进行访问与调查，了解深圳市白领女性体育健身的现实情况。结果表明，深圳市白领女性体育健身认知呈多元化趋势，大多数白领女性不同程度的参加各种健身活动，健身消费有呈上升的趋势，但是仍有相当部分白领女性游离在健身活动的边缘。影响白领女性正确、合理、持久进行健身锻炼的因素有消费结构、锻炼意识、生活习惯、信息获取等。必须对深圳市白领女性的消费结构进行合理化诱导，开展正确健身理念的宣传, 提高对体育健身的兴趣，并提高健身俱乐部的质量，为白领女性营造体育健身的积极氛围与优质的设施环境，培养积极的生活态度。
