答案为什么不是a？不应该是将来吗？虽然avoid+doing，可是前面还有while 呢！while 的主句不是要+done吗？

首先回答你的第一个题，为什么不选a呢？没错，while 的主句是要+done，但是答案要是knocked，才符合。比如，make sth done这个结构，只能说 I made the car damished.而不说I made the car to be damished.或者I made the car be damished.
第二，选B。
首先排除a，因为a使整个句子没有主语。
剩下b,c d. 记住hear sb/sth +doing...或是do原形.一般情况，动作发出者不是人而是物体时，用动词原形。
这里的选项中没有ranging，而且动作的发出者不是人，所以用原形ring.
