UC知道我英语不好，机器有毛病了也不知道怎么回事，请高手帮下忙

机器最近总是重起，我一开始是按照网上一些朋友介绍的方法，在我的电脑属性里选高级，起动和故障恢复里，把自动重新起动前面的勾去掉,但是不行，还是会重起，我又以为中了病毒，于在在安全模式下杀毒，查到一半时，就出现以下这段话，我英语不太好，请高手帮忙解释一下。能在告诉我解决办法，更加感谢。

OX00000023:(24)通常发生在读写使用FAT16和32的系统分区时或NTFS.sys文件出错.可以在安全模式下开始,运行中输入chkdsk /r(注意有空格)来检测如提示是BAD TRACK说明硬盘有物理坏道,返厂维修
如没有损坏提示,就禁用所有的扫描工具,杀毒,防火墙
接着安装最新的主版驱动特别是IDE驱动
