你指的是单元格距离左边的宽度还是整个页面呢？

如果是单元格的话：
<td width="设定你想要的宽度"> </td>
<td align="left">购电度数：</td>
<td width="2" align="left"><input type="text" name="elecValue" id="elecValue"onkeyup="isInteger(this);" onkeydown="isInteger(this);" />

如果是整个页面：是在 body 标签中设定的，<body leftmargin=宽度值>
