The hotel at which they are staying is very expensive这句话可以这样说吗：The hotel which they are staying at is very expensive
如果是固定短语，介词不可以放在关系代词之前。
如:laugh at
He is a person who is always laughed at.
如果是非固定短语，介词可以放在关系代词之前/后。
如：This is the house which I once lived in.
This is the house in which I once lived .
可以
介词可以前置也可以放在原来的位置上
可以 因为stay at不是一个不可分割的短语 所以比较灵活
