either和neither有何不同?

neither,either都是不许用在两者的情况下的

either是指两者中的一个是的（部分否定）
neither是指两者都不（全部否定）
例子：
either
either of his parents is tall.
他的父母其中一个很高
neither
neither of his parents is tall.
他的父母都不高
