Her son called her at work after a （我认为应该用“the”不用“a”)cleaning lady _____（填arrived）at the front door.
解析：一个（这个）清洁女工到达（谁）家门口以后，她的儿子在上班时候给她来电话了。。。
“arrived”是对的，“had arrived”也未尝不可。。。
第一个填no,意思是，她问的每个人都说“没有（做过）”
第二个不能用had,前面有个after
