下面是蓝屏时的报告
A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computor.
If this is the first time you've seen this stop error screen ,restart your computer .If this screen appears again, follow these steps:
Check to be sure you have adequate disk space. If a driver is identified in the stop message, disable the driver or check with the manufacturer for driver updates. Try changing video adapters.
Check with your handware vender for any BIOS updates. Disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing. If you need to use safe mode to remove or disable computers, restart your computer, press F8 to select Advanced startup Options, and then select safe Mode.

开机按f8
然后选择安全模式，如果还是重启，或蓝屏，那么建议重装系统。
如果可以进去，就让他系统还原，或者你最精是否有安装新的软件或添加了
新的硬件，若有，将其删除或者去掉再试试。
正常启动会听见一声短的“嘀”响
蓝屏故障出现的原因很多，比如电源电压低，配件间接触短路，内存有故障等
建议你多找几台电脑 逐个换配件试下
