是的~都是可以的~就像中文一样~对于同一种事物有不同的表达方法~只要对方能够明白就好了~而这几个词汇人们都可以明白。

主演也就是我们说的主角吧。男主角应该是hero,女主角应该是：heroine
我看错了，主演和主角应该就不一样。应该是leading actor 或者leading actress.
