(为什么选D呢? 不是need to do sth 么?)

1 need to do sth这裏need作为行为动词（因为两个动词间才有to do），所以主语是tom的话时态语态肯定都不对，所以考虑need做情态动词，于是直接加not加动词
2 dangerous吧，有个so，跟上文有联系，看到dangerous work会被机器人做暸……
3 可以
用could句意有改动，理解为“可以在哪里”而非“应该在哪里”，“要在哪里”
4 可以，作动词解释为给……打电话，用call也可以
现在
may的话时态不对了，要根据thought改动才用了might
would 可以，但是句意跟原来的幷不完全一样 比原句的语气更肯定些
5 so...that... 如此。。。以致于。。。的结构
1.need to do表示他需要这么做，但后面说了if he doesn't want to 所以他不需要这么做。另外，need在这个选项里是情态动词，直接接动词原形。
2. any 的话就是说人们无事可做了。机器人不可能什么事都能做的。
3. 应该没大碍吧。
4. “马上”的意思；
5.might是 may 的过去时；would 也可；因为整个背景是在过去，应用过去时。
6，没实际含义，但是构成句型的一部分，不可以省略的。
