'客来了'和'来客了'的区别?英语分别该怎么说?

两句话用中文习惯补充完整就是“客人来了这里”和“这里来客人了”，非要说区别就是有点咬文嚼字了：主语不同而已
按照这样的思路翻译：客来了：The guest has come.
来客了: Here comes the guest.

They are different in their thematic meaning. That is the kind of meaning arises out of the way in which the writer or speaker organizes his message. This is called thematic meaning. "the guest has come" and "here comes the guest" are two different kind of sentences, but they, obviously, have the same meanig.

客来了，说明你已经知道会有客人来, the guest has come.
来客了，说明你不知道会有客人来， there are guests/ a guest came.
