UC知道学历和学位，用英语怎么说？

比如一个人在中国读了四年，但没有取得学位证。就是说这个人是本科学历，无学士学位。用英语怎么说呢。
美国有没有象中国这样有中专，职业高中，普通高中等等。。。?

有毕业证没学位的话：
have certificate of graduation, but does not hold the bachelor's degree
美国也有职业技术培训学校，一般叫 technical school 或者vocational training school
